Grovet headquarters
Together with the client, we explored what kind of workplace would truly support the company’s growth. The desire was clear: a purpose-built office inspired by the architectural language of the 1930s Bauhaus era rational, timeless and carefully proportioned. From our network, we introduced the architect and, together, developed a proposal that immediately resonated with the client. From there, a collaborative process unfolded.
Acting as the creative lead between all parties, we assembled and guided a dedicated building team, working closely with the architect and construction partners to ensure coherence from structure to finish. The result is a carefully developed building in which architecture, interior and functionality are fully aligned.
The ground floor accommodates a rental unit and a sports facility, while a large, fully automated warehouse equipped with the latest technologies supports the logistical backbone of the company. The first and second floors house the sales and marketing teams, with a balanced mix of open and enclosed workspaces. Custom-designed tables, bespoke pantry areas, warm wood finishes and integrated rounded elements replace typical office furniture, while generous greenery is thoughtfully integrated throughout the building, reflecting our belief in the importance of wellbeing and a healthy working environment.
At the heart of the building is a generous company canteen a place for daily lunches, informal meetings and presentations extending seamlessly onto a spacious rooftop terrace. Equipped with an outdoor kitchen, the terrace offers room for the entire team and serves as a natural gathering place, from everyday use to Friday afternoon drinks.
It was a rewarding project to realise, shaped in close collaboration with a committed client. The result is a future-proof workplace that not only reflects Grovet’s identity, but also offers the space and flexibility to continue growing.
