To the Nines was founded in 2011, originally under the name SH Projects. After years of shaping spaces and guiding complex projects, it became clear that it was time for a name that truly reflects who we are and how we work.
To the Nines means: done to perfection, down to the smallest detail and that is exactly how we approach every project.

With a background in real estate development and years of experience in the media industry, our path into interior design was a conscious one. The love for buildings, materials and spatial storytelling never faded it grew stronger. Today, that translates into interiors that feel deeply personal, timeless and thoughtfully composed.

We design bespoke interiors for private residences, hotels and commercial projects, overseeing the process from concept to completion. Acting as both designer and director, we work closely with a trusted network of architects, interior architects and specialists, ensuring coherence, calm and clarity throughout every phase. Many of our projects are shaped in close collaboration with long-standing creative partners, allowing us to work with speed, depth and mutual understanding.

Our work is not about trends, but about creating warm, layered spaces that truly fit the people who inhabit them places to live, work and make memories.

To the Nines is led by Simone Hoefnagels, whose intuitive yet structured approach brings together concept, collaboration and craftsmanship always refined, always to the very last detail.
